Lathes and machining centres designed around alloy wheels up to 26.5 inch, available on their own or as a turnkey cell.
Alloy wheels need a machine built around them: large swing, chucking for the rim, and a cycle that turns both faces and the bead seats quickly. The wheel range covers horizontal and vertical lathes plus machining centres for drilling and milling the bolt circle and valve hole.
Machines can be supplied individually or combined into a turnkey line with handling between operations.
